Policy

CREDIT CARD ACCEPTANCE POLICY:

Our policy is to question all credit card transactions that show an address mismatch. This means that for some reason the address given does not match the address in the credit card system. There are various reasons why this occurs, some explainable, some not. If your receipt shows "No Match" on the address, it will be questioned. We will not ship your merchandise and will cancel and refund the order if we cannot resolve the discrepancy with you in a few hours. Please use your base credit card address on the order. If you want the order shipped to your work location for example, use your work location as an alternate shipping address, as long as the name on that address matches the credit card. Visa & MasterCard:CARD VERIFICATION NUMBER (CV) LOCATION This number is printed on your MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards in the signature area of the back of the card. (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card number in the signature area of the card). American Express cards; it is in upper right on front of card. The Credit Card Validation Code is a 3 or 4 digit security code printed on the card. We use this code, as well as Address and Zip Code verification, to make decisions on whether to accept charges. This increases our commitment to protect consumers from fraud and reduces our exposure to fraud.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Alternate Shipping address - We will ship to an alternate address only if the addressee is the same person as the credit card holder. If you provide an incorrect address or redirect a shipment on your end your credit card will be charged an additional $10.00, that's what we are charged if the above happens. Your credit card will show this additional charge along with the reason and a copy of this policy statement. bullet

STANDARD SHIPPING

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. We cannot get delivery confirmation shipping to a PO Box. We Do Not Ship to partial names. You must provide a complete name, eg: First name Surname. AK, HI, PR AND TERRITORIES MUST SELECT PRIORITY SHIPPING, SEE CHECKOUT.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

We do not have the resources to offer overnight or second day shipping.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Your Satisfaction is guaranteed, under the following guidelines.  We serialize all merchandise. All returns must be pre-coordinated with us. All returns or shortages must be declared within 5 days of receipt. Do not return merchandise without an authorization. Return and outbound shipping is at buyer's expense. Returns for damaged or missing part merchandise will be authorized and the cost of the merchandise refunded. Minor manufacturing flaws, paint or otherwise, are beyond our control and returns for such will be subject to the restock fee. Return shipping is at your expense. Returns for buyer's remorse will be assessed a 20% restock fee and return shipping is not compensated. Authorized Returns that are damaged severely beyond your initial description in the return shipment or missing factory packaging, will be subject to the 40% restock fee. Please package to prevent further damage and return in original factory package.
